Returns
Return Policy
Company23 will accept returns on tools that have NOT been opened and are factory sealed in the original packaging only. No returns will be accepted if the tool shows signs of having been opened, installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced. Shipping costs will not be refunded and returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer.
Exchange Policy
If you intend to return a product with a defect, Company23 will exchange the tool. Shipping costs will not be refunded and returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer.
Authorization
A refund or exchange will not be considered without prior authorization and until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Company23. Contact our offices via e-mail to obtain an RMA# prior to returning any merchandise. This number MUST appear on the outside of all boxes returned. If the RMA# is not visible on the outside of the box it will be refused at the dock. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Any refused shipment sent back to Company23 does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Company23 for the shipment prior to its return. All customs entry fees and duty charged to Company23 associated with any return or exchange will be charged to the customer.
Documentation
A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of the parts before installation.
Processing
Any return credits or refunds are processed as quickly as possible but may take as long as 12-14 working days for credit card refunds to post to your account.
Did your package arrive damaged or missing parts?
Shortage and damage claims must be made within five working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier and Company23. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. Company23 cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be paid by either company check, credit card, or account credit, to be determined by Company23.
